Strength & Conditioning in Spring, TX
Sport-specific strength, speed, and mobility training for baseball and softball athletes, coached by people who train college athletes every day.
Training Built For Baseball And Softball
Our strength and conditioning program is directed by owner Christian Tripp, a former MLB draft pick who is now head strength & conditioning coach at the University of St. Thomas. Hitting Coordinator Austin Roccaforte, who holds a B.S. in Kinesiology and an M.S. in Sports Nutrition, coaches alongside him.
General gym programs aren't built for rotational athletes. Ours are designed around what baseball and softball players need: rotational power, speed, a durable arm and shoulder, and mobility through the hips and trunk.
